Pamper the FEET
9 out of 10 people suffer with problem feet!
Many people forget to hydrate and pamper feet and they are put through so much on a daily basis. They are squeezed into designer shoes and pounded around on while at work. If you stop to think feet are so important they absorb the energy from the ground into the heel, ankle, knees, hips, spine and neck. The walking cycle or “gait cycle” is often one that doesn’t enter our minds, we simply just walk but if there becomes a sore or problem with any area of the feet it can affect the whole cycle.
We spoil the face but what about the feet?
Make that time to indulge your feet, a little TLC could go a long way; prevent the start of future foot difficulties.
Foot and leg massages can stimulate circulation and combat tired aching muscles. Good essential oils to use in foot products are:
Tea tree (contains powerful antiseptic and anti-fungal properties).
To revive and refresh:
Peppermint (menthol a chemical compound found in the peppermint plant stimulates nerves and creates a cooling feeling).
Eucalyptus (contains anti-fungal properties),
Rosemary (is good for increasing circulation).
Tip: Feet swell throughout the day, try to shoe shop in the afternoon to be confident they fit.
