As the danger of Covid-19 infection continues in the UK, we want to let all our customers know what we are doing to ensure the continuation of our supply chains and how we are protecting our team.
The measures we have taken ensure that we can continue to take orders and deliver products to customers. We will ensure your business can get hold of the skincare products you need from us throughout this unprecedented situation.
Systems are in place that allow many of our employees to work remotely and still have access to their normal phones, email and other systems which enable them to process orders and help our customers. Cosmiko already has rigorous hygiene and PPE procedure and within our offices, laboratory, production and warehouse areas we have put in place numerous additional social distancing measures to protect employees whilst still ensuring we can meet customer needs.
Currently very few products are affected, where they are this is due to shortages of raw materials or low cost plastic bottles due to high demand world-wide for hand sanitizers and cleaning products.
For shipping we use the Palletways Network or ParcelForce, both of which are operating normally, and we are delivering into Europe. Even in countries currently in lock down such as France, Italy, Germany and Spain, Palletways are still delivering as normal, with some minor delays of 24 hours for additional border checks.
All customers meetings are being conducted remotely via screensharing links. If you would like to meet with a member of our team to discuss your project, we will be happy to facilitate this with you using our video conferencing and screensharing software. You can do this either by phone or on a PC.
